happy potatoes
So i don't really know why i'm updating. I just feel like it. There really isn't anything spectacular to report to my many livejournal fans... all 4 of you.
So saturday was pretty standard. I saw "Date Movie" with Colin and Dave, and it really wasn't all that funny. I guess i get excited whenever a spoof movie comes out because i love those kinds of movies, but they really aren't all that great. And it didn't help that the people behind us were going into cardiac arrest the entire movie over jokes that really were not funny in any sense of the word. But whatever. We had fun that night, just doing what we always do. We made pancakes the next day that ended up looking like some kind of chocolate abortion on a griddle. I think we may have gone a little overboard with the ingredients. The bag of chocolate bits, Reese's Puffs, peanut butter, 2/3 a canister of sprinkles, and a piece of a donught. But whatever...
Sunday was a nothing day. I did homework. Then i stayed up later than i should have. Today i went and saw Lafayette and St. Joe's. I thought they were both just okay. Nothing really jumped out at me. I don't know what i want from a college, but i don't think that i've found it yet.
Friday night was definitly the highlight of my weekend. I went to friendly's with Chelsea. Then we went back to my house. And we "watched" a movie. Yeah... that was pretty sweet. I'm looking forward to going to prom with her, but i'm kind of nervous that she won't have a good time. I don't know, the whole deal with the nuns standing around watching every move that we make isn't really something i'm looking forward to her finding out. But i guess it really isn't that big of a deal. As long as i'm a fantastic date, i don't really think that i can go wrong.
