[RP] OOC Thought Processes
So I was going to try making a super self-centered post because I wanted to be over-the-top me...but mentally forming the post itself failed completely and I decided to ask something RP-related once more.
For all of you who make Original Characters (or even if you play Feature Characters from canons/sources already set) - do you guys usually have influential material/resources to work off of when creating said characters? Do you pick up references and the like while playing these characters? Or is it about the same?
I don't know if I worded this properly. Like, do you pick up some things and add into your notepad of doom before sending in an app to a game or do you have this and add onto it as you play, blah blah etc.? DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE WORDS THAT ARE IN THIS POST I just. Maybe? Somewhat? Because...I was curious as to how you people gather all this stuff for stuff. I mean, I can share mine too, but I always feel weird sharing my stuff. But since this is my journal, don't be surprised if another post relating to this question appears in the near future.
