Ah yes, this story.... as you say, several lessons/interpretations can be derived from this. Remember what we talked about a few days ago, well there it is! Making others do as you want by making them feel like they have the upper hand and making it seem like what you want was indeed what they wanted. Also given the correct situation, make it seem like its not what you wanted.

While this sounds kinda bad and perhaps almost evil, we actually tend to do this more than we even realize. But eh, misdirection and a little NLP (google it!) goes a long way. Speaking of NLP, watch some Derren Brown on Youtube. This guy is awesome at times.
