I really wish they'd just shut up! I guess it's my fault for working in a call centre plus only having 3 hours sleep last night and mixing my drinks. If there are calls in the queue, they constantly nag and it's making me pause and clench my fists-not like me really. I just want to go back to bed.
Went to see The Pleasure last night and met up with Kitten, Nat and David Ryder-Prangley at the Metro on Tottenham Court Road though. Band was great as usual but I really hate the Metro - £3 for a bottle of Carlsburg! 3.8% that is and usually the bargain beer in any other establishment and I beleive the vodka was watered down-it atleast wasn't a full measure. Ross and I left as soon as The Pleasure finished there set and went to a mini club off Rathbone Place to a thing called Micro Music-it was great! They played my housemate's Paul's song (which is on an a compilation album called music for joggers). The first guy we saw was a rabbit, well, a guy wearing a rabbit's head-mask type thing and the second guy played Atari tunes with beats as well as a computer cover version of the Moody Blues song from War of the Worlds that goes "Bt you're not here!...". Had to wait about 40 minutes for the bus home though and didn't get to bed until 4am.
Downloaded Idlewild's "Captain" and Slipknot's "Come Play Dying" onto my iPod this morning.
