So it was yesterday~
Yesterday.... guuh was like... so much fun XD So perfect and just amazing and a really nice passage into... REVISION AND EXAMS. It was like, a last, really nice fun thing for everyone without any worry of stress.
Started off the day as a JEDI and had many epic battles with Emma (and Ursy who was a PIRATE). We had the army come and do team games with us which were fun (if that's the word XD;;?). The teacher's were all super suspicious of us and escorted us everywhere.... they expected us to have muck-up day. It was really sweet how at the end they said how proud and suprised they were at us. Shame about no muck-up day, but there's seriously not enough time before the exams to plan one ><. Then played rounders and used THE FORCE. We won. Because UVH always win. 'nuff said. :D The weather was so nice... It was just, such a nice day XD
Then we had a year picnic on the field and they'd made a giant cake saying "GOOD LUCK" for everyone. The teachers also came sat with us XD, it just all felt so... nice. Everything was just nice, there's really no better way of saying. Our year head did a really nice speech where she told us that basically... we're nice. It all just felt so NICE >
Then I went back home (with TRAIN CREW) and washed and readied for prom 8D. Michael got to Reading pretty early so I went and met him at the station (after watching like... 3 "how to curl hair" videos on youtube XD). We went to Red Garden (The maaanga shop!) and saw Adeacia (George) who was really nice to talk to ^_^ and saw some other people I knew from a Re:con. Talked to Frank (owner, not the drug hotline... XD) and asked him to order some stuff in for me - primarily Monster! We also met someone new 8D, this guy who seems to have an epic amount of knowledge on Gundam, Shounen, Shoujo, Yaoi and Yuri XD (ok, EVERYTHING!!) who was really nice to get to know. It was just really nice talking to everyone!
Then walked back to Caluccios where met my friends who I was going to prom with ^_^. Becky and Matt had been there a while and the Savage twins, Toni and Imo came soon after. Ahhh, I'm just so happy XD. Everything just felt like it went so well~ My friends made an effort to talk the likes of Death Note which I thought was so sweet of them!! They'd gone and read reviews of it XD <3!
Well basically - prom was AMAZING AND SO MUCH FUN! And better than EVERYONE had thought. I didn't have the biggest expectations and most of us thought we wouldn't really enjoy it that much XD. But everyone looked *amaaaazing* and were completely themselves. It ran really well and the food/music was really good (DESPITE, lack of Daft Punk and excess of Soulja Boy). We all thought it would be all exposed and showy offy, but everyone just blended and merged together fantastically and it was just like everyone was together...!
The mocktail bar was so awesome O___O. I saw him juggle oranges and make them LAND ON HIS KNIFE. LIKE PROPERLY SHOUNEN CRAZY TRICKS!! The awards ceremony was HILARIOUS and the slideshow was so good. Emma won most likely to become Prime Minister (with photo of her as a walrus as her moneyshot ;D) and I won most likely to have their own fashion line (gaah, I'm actually really happy!!! Gothic Lolita on non-uni days = WORKING!). Now... I don't usually like dancing XD I usually bring my DS to parties (shhh!!). But everyone just sort of ran up at once... and well, we just joined the crowd XD. It was really fun.... and so relaxed and comfortable. I wouldn't want to dance with anyone else XD. Mm... I really love him, he really made the evening for me. At first I was worried, because I knew he was bit nervous of my non-manga-y friends - but everything just went so well, I'm really happy ^_^. He's too lovely XD. My friends all adored him and said we're cute together XD;; /embarrass...!
I love my friends alllllllll so much XD . Just throughout yesterday, it's just felt like everyone's been the best of themselves. Practically our whole year went and it just so good!! I'm really sad this year's coming to an end, but this was the nicest possible way to have it end, I'm sure. I just feel so happy XD
ALSO ALSO ALSO!! Imo's date could BREAK DANCE O_O. Like..... zomg..... woaaah D: LIKE HAND WALKING AND SPINNING!! that was VERY suprising D:! Then the pirate mocktail barman person started break dancing with him XD!
Lots of pictures got taken...which I need to steal! Afterwards we went back to Julia's for an afterparty, but went to the station for Michael first. Went with him and said goodbye (guh, till May ;_; ><). We all sat around and talked about everything :D (her mum had made her a prom cake LULZ) and I stayed over at hers. We woke up this morning and had breakfast in the park. It was just so nice and summery today as well XD. IT HAS ALL BEEN TOO NICE *feels so happy!!!!!* (it's like the feeling I got after my first proper expo XD)
