Recently Jen and I have had a couple of nice outings to some musicals in Toronto - nothing high culture, but good fun!
Avenue Q - tickets donated by my boss who was going on the road (thanks boss!)
think Sesame Street for adults
best portion of the show - "Everyone's just a little bit racist", "The internet is for porn", and yeah, the puppet sex scene...

Evil Dead the Musical - first thought "WTF?"
it is as awesome as it sounds
hosted at the Diesel theatre (Blue Jays Way, south of King), a very cool little downtown theatre that most don't know exists
best portion of the show - "What the f- was that?", and yes, the lead is a dead ringer for Bruce Campbell
