[So there you were, minding your own business when suddenly - as the Dressing Room likes to do - you're somewhere else with the feeling of suddenly being tied to something. Make that someone!
A band of ribbon is now around your wrist and around the wrist of another, tied in a way that absolutely refuses to let you have use of that hand.
Another problem? You're probably tied to a person you really don't want to see. But too bad! You're now stuck together and no matter what you try you can't seem to get the ribbon off! Scissors are dull and your powers just won't tear it either, the fabric is stuck on good and tight.]
[ooc; Ballroom post styled after the handcuff version we had ages ago! The point is to get stuck to someone your character doesn't get along with or are enemies to the end! But you can also choose to get stuck to someone you get along with. If you want your characters to be temporarily handfasted you can go for it!]
