If I had one crit, it'd be that I want more at the beginning -- more about why Sirius suddenly decides to get into the bed with Remus, which from the first few paragraphs seems to be not the norm (?) and when he does, Remus' reaction...seems too sudden. But other than that, it's fantastic :)

I'll agree that Remus's reaction seems to come out of the blue - to Sirius, who's narrating.
I thought the description of how much Sirius liked the feel of Remus's sheets and pajamas, as well as the mention that they've all comforted him before (and that Sirius longs for every opportunity to climb into bed beside him) was enough to explain that it wasn't something new - well, the sex part was, but not the comforting.
No, I got that the comforting wasn't new, but it was the wish Sirius had that he could get into bed with Remus -- that seemed to indicate that comfort was one thing, but snuggling was not par for the course.
