Star Wars Rebels: Vision and Voices
I have to say, as much as I hate that Maul survived and keeps on surviving when characters I love much more are killed off left and right, he is entertaining. And I live in hope that we get an Obi-Wan Kenobi solo movie where he finally cuts Maul's head off and ends him once and for all. Especially now that Maul knows exactly where Obi-Wan is, even if Ezra et al. are in the dark about which planet with twin suns they're looking for. I also still think the real answer to Ezra's question is Luke, not Obi-Wan, since we know how that all turns out.
(Obligatory mention of the non-canon comics story where Vader kills what is basically a clone of Maul with Maul's soul in it(???) and when Maul is like, "What could you hate enough to destroy me?" and Vader is like, "Myself" as he stabs himself to get to Maul, only because 1. Maul should die a lot, and 2. it's such great characterization for Vader, who hates himself more than anything except maybe the Emperor and Obi-Wan.)
Maul goes seriously hardcore serial killer here, with the portrait of Satine with her eyes scratched out and "Kenobi" written on the wall (in blood?) in Mandalorian. And Dathomir is always creepy but it's super creepy knowing all the Nightsisters have been destroyed (though I don't care what canon says, Ventress is alive), but their magic remains, waiting for them to come back.
I feel like we haven't gotten nearly enough of Sabine's reaction to dumbass Ezra running off with Maul again, though her picking up the darksaber, which I think is hers by right, is awesome. Hopefully she'll get to use it soon.
My cold is still being annoying but I'm meeting L for dinner and catching up, so that should be nice.
