Monday morning miscellany:
= I thought Chris Rock did a stellar job last night hosting the Oscars. I have some minor quibbles, but overall, I thought he struck just the right tone. I also really liked Kevin Hart's tribute to the black actors who weren't nominated. I'm sad George Miller didn't win Best Director, but glad his wife won for Best Editing. But can't they do something to shorten the damn thing? I know we say it every year, but good lord, it takes forever.
= This morning I had to get a bunch of signatures on a document which then had to be sent out to the bank. I got the signatures, scanned it and emailed it to the account manager. He emailed me back saying he needs it faxed. FAXED. IS IT NINETEEN NINETY-SEVEN UP IN HERE? WTF? I could understand wanting the original hard copy, but why a fax over a scan? WTF? And of course it's an 11 page document and I've been trying for about an hour but it just doesn't go through. JOIN THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY GUYS.
= Last night I made a tiny roast beast and it was so good. I will probably have the leftovers tonight for dinner.

"Terry's gonna die saving the President, or Terry's never gonna die!" I would be okay if Terry Jeffords and Dana Scully were the last two people left on earth at the end. Also, everything about Rosa in this episode was great. ♥ROSA♥ I want to see Jake's follow-up questions re: jewelry making! Such a shocking revelation!

You know, I wondered when Blaine was saying the wine was off if he'd reverted to team Z, and the Boss killed him and he came back! I wonder how long until Major reverts? I wonder if drinking Max Rager is staving it off?
Anyway, Boss is one scaryass MF.
ENRICO COLANTONI! KEITH MARS IS IN THE HOUSE! And Drake's an undercover cop! I'm glad he's not evil!
Gilda/Rita is exposed! Oh man that was so great. But now Major really needs to come clean with Liv instead of being scared off by the idea that Rita's got her on Liv. Liv can take care of herself, Major.
Ravi! Ravi is the best! And his look when the barista didn't know what the Millennium Falcon was. Same, Ravi. Same.
This episode had a very Pushing Daisies vibe that I enjoyed a lot. Now no new eps until 3/22. Which makes my Tuesdays a lot easier on my DVR, but couldn't they have done this while I had more than one episode of Agent Carter left? Sigh. I will never understand TV scheduling decisions.
