I decided to make blueberry cake (pic) today with my blueberries - it was easy and tastes lovely. I gave half away to L. when we met for dinner, and cut the rest of it up for breakfast and snacks for the week so I didn't have to keep a giant tray of cake in my fridge.

that blueberry cake looks goooood. and i coincidentally have a container of blueberries, since they were on sale. altho i only have one container and it looks like i'd need two.... but anyway, it's a yummy-looking cake.

i have that same kind of writing problem too. i don't know what happens next, or if i do, i have no idea what happens after that. and if i know the end, i don't know how to get there. seriously, writing is such a horrible hobby, why do we do it?

Depending on what you're looking for, I have a ton of recipes here: https://pinboard.in/search/u:victoria.p?query=blueberries many of which require only a cup or 2 of blueberries! I didn't use them because I had more and wanted to finish them off. *g*

that is a lot of recipes for blueberry baked goods. (and also sorbet.) all i've ever made is muffins from the joy of cooking - they're easy and tasty - so that's pretty much exactly what i need. fabulous!

It's one of my favorite flavors! And a good fallback when nothing else appeals. I've only made a handful of them, but I try not to bookmark anything that seems too hard or fussy.

Just out of interest, does The Musketeers follow the plot of the book? Or is it new stories based around the same characters and setting?

I haven't actually read the book? But I think it mostly just uses the characters.
