The more I look, the more I find
This day has been endless. I have finished a bunch of stuff that got pushed aside during board meeting prep, and I have scheduled all the meetings I can schedule without input from people who do not respond when I poke them, and now I just want to go home and have a nap.
In other news, while I quite liked the Talenti raspberry sorbet, and the salted caramel gelato, last night, I had the black raspberry with chocolate flakes gelato and it was AMAZING. The raspberry flavor was vibrant and intense and there was just enough chocolate to make it interesting without being overwhelming. So fucking good. Highly recommended if your supermarket sells it.
I also bought some strawberries, and I have some cream cheese that needs using up, so I might be making some strawberry cream cheese ice cream shortly, because that is one of the best ones I make and strawberry season is so short.
