Heads up, guys, the first episode of the new Avengers cartoon, Avengers Assemble, is up for free on iTunes (or it was last night anyway). It's no Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, at least not yet (and I thought that show took some time to find a groove), but it wasn't terrible. I had to watch that scene between Malcolm and Tommy through my fingers, especially when he started up the voice mail that he seemed to have cued up for just such and occasion. Ugh, the Arrow finale was sooooo good! Really put me thru the emotional wringer! I liked Tommy's character a lot and hated to see him go, but you're right that Stephen Amell really nailed that death scene. On a shallow note, I'm really going to miss all the cute Twitter photos of Stephen Amell and Colin Donnell together....

I didn't love him but I thought he'd finally started getting interesting and then bam! He's gone! Though I think I might like this better than him taking over as the Dark Archer etc.
