Life just kind of dances through you
After today I'm off for a bunch of days and it is really hard to get motivated to do the two things that I NEED to have done before I go.

Comics:
Captain Marvel: MONICA IS LITERALLY INSIDE CAROL. WHERE IS THE FIC? I don't understand why they think this Frank guy is a viable romantic alternative, when Monica is RIGHT THERE (and Jessica Drew is back home, and that is without even getting into Carol/Steve). So that was a fun conclusion to that little escapade. I am excited about the upcoming issue where Carol and Jess fight DINOSAURS, though the art is... less than optimal to my eyes.
Hawkeye: Oh, Clint. ♥ You're lucky you have Kate around to yell some sense back into you. I am amused that apparently everyone in the 616 universe is addicted to a reality show called Dog Cops.
Journey Into Mystery and Ultimate Spider-man felt more like set up (the former) and conclusion (the latter) for me to really have much to say. I mean, there's all this buildup about what Jessica (who, if you recall, is Peter's clone in the Ultimateverse) is going to tell Miles, and then she's just like, "Later, little spider-dude. I'm not actually ready to talk yet." Bah.
I'm not reading volume 7 of Captain America, but I am amused that it is apparently kid fic. Of the Avengers I'd actually trust with a kid, Steve is on the list. It's basically Steve, especially with babies and very young kids; Wolverine with tween/teen girls (he will teach them to kick his ass); Peter with tweens and teens (he will teach them SCIENCE and NERDERY); and Luke Cage & Jessica Jones, who canonically have a kid.
