he was trying to locate the ball

Flist, I have a dilemma:

Based on visuals in The Amazing Spider-man, I would place the Parker home either in Woodhaven or maybe in Jackson Heights, given the rowhouses with columns and the fact that the el is located within walking distance (let's ignore the fact that Peter's adventure on the subway takes place on the D (I think?) as it's heading into Coney Island [there is an announcement that it's pulling into Coney Island, last stop, in the background]; I'm going with, he fell asleep and didn't change for the E at Seventh Avenue like he was supposed to; he could have been on the Q but he'd still have had to change to get to Forest Hills). There is no el in Forest Hills. [eta I suppose the elevated tracks could have been the LIRR? Hmm... /eta]

Am I the only one who cares about this? Will it throw someone out of a story because I say he lives in Woodhaven instead of Forest Hills (or v.v.)? (Um, not that anyone but me is actually interested in a movieverse Peter Parker/Steve Rogers story, but in general.) Because it pains me to get NYC wrong in a story, but I also know that Peter is generally from Forest Hills in canon.
