can you just give me the totals?

Can it be the weekend now? I just want to hunker down beneath the covers where it's warm and sleep.

Last night, I watched the last few episodes of Justice League Unlimited. Two Flash-centric episodes! ♥ ("You're not going to wash your hands?" "No. Because I'm EVIL." *dies* Also, "I can finally find out the Flash's secret identity." *removes mask* "I have no idea who that is." Ahahahahaha! ♥) As I said in a comment to someone, I really like how much Batman seems to appreciate Flash. Not in a slashy way, but in a weird, "I'm really glad this guy exists" way, which was really clear when the other dude (Orion?) was all, "How is this goofball getting a museum dedicated to him?" and Batman was like, "Because he's awesome," but in an absolutely understated, Batman-like way (i.e., there was no use of the word awesome). I think it pleases him to know that there are people who can fight crime and be happy, or at least not be the emotionally stunted mess that he is. Also, he'll never admit it, but he's totally laughing inside at Flash's jokes.

There was also lady cagefighting! I can see why that would be a huge money-maker. I was amused by Nightwing's split-second cameo in that episode, and pleased that he did not come swinging in to the rescue as I was half-afraid he might, but no, the ladies rescued themselves.

The finale was pretty awesome, too. Superman cutting loose! Awesome! In all senses of the word. Also, I think that explains why it felt like he took so many beatings - I was always like, "but, but, he's Superman. Why is he getting his ass handed to him?" But the explanation that he feels like he's always holding back so he doesn't hurt anybody accidentally makes sense to me, that he would make such an effort that it would become second nature to not use his full strength unless pushed.

So despite my disinterest in a lot of the secondary/tertiary heroes, I did enjoy it a lot. And I came out of it totally shipping Batman/Wonder Woman and Batman/Superman, even more than before, which is amusing. But I thought they did a really nice job developing both relationships, as well as GL/Hawkgirl. And I did not expect to love Shayera as much as I do, but I really do.

I'll probably go back to watching random Batman: The Brave and the Bold episodes, because they are amusing and also contain occasional Jaime Reyes, but first I really need to do an Avatar: The Last Airbender rewatch, because I have been missing Sokka and Katara recently.
