i fell so far i'm almost on the ceiling
So this morning as I was getting ready for work, there was another long period of ceiling leakage in my bathroom - right over the toilet, the ceiling is buckled, and right over the shower, the ceiling is cracked. I dug out my spare set of keys and buzzed Mean Super (I really should get a new nickname for him, because he's been much less surly recently) and his wife (aka Mean Super's Nice Wife) told me to bring them up, and she said he would be in to fix it.
The question is, when? I am not confident it will be any time soon, despite the fact that the ceiling over the toilet looks like it might come down at any moment. What do you think?

I didn't leave for work until the water had stopped, and I left the pots and towels collecting the ishy brown water in the bathroom so if he does come in today, he will see I'm not joking - I mean, if he looks at the ceiling he will see it, too, but possibly I'm way too cynical, and, well, let's just cut off those terrifying thoughts before I accidentally make things worse somehow.
Keep your fingers crossed for me.
