As seen on TV all over... My top five episodes for each season of Supernatural:
Season 1
1. Faith
2. Asylum/Scarecrow
3. Home
4. Something Wicked
5. The Benders
6. Salvation/Devil's Trap
Honorable mentions to Dead in the Water and Skin. I also like Provenance a lot. And I have a fondness for the Pilot ("We were raised LIKE WARRIORS, Dean!") and Phantom Traveler.
Season 2
1. Nightshifter
2. In My Time of Dying or Born Under a Bad Sign
3. What Is and What Should Never Be
4. Croatoan/Hunted
5. Tall Tales or Folsom Prison Blues (tie)
I'm also very fond of Playthings and The Usual Suspects. Everybody Loves a Clown could be on here because of the last scene, but overall it's not a favorite. CSPWDT and Crossroad Blues also. AHBL! There are things I love in every episode, really. Hmm...
Season 3
1. Jus in Bello
2. Mystery Spot
3. Bad Day at Black Rock
4. A Very Supernatural Christmas
5. Fresh Blood or Ghostfacers (tie)
I have a lot of issues with season 3, so much so that I didn't think I'd be able to come up with five, so I'm glad I did.
Season 4
1. In the Beginning
2. Monster Movie
3. The Monster At the End of This Book
4. When the Levee Breaks or Lazarus Rising
5. Jump the Shark or It's a Terrible Life
And really, this is always subject to change at any moment. I've been dicking around with it for long enough. I will hit post now.
