i am an articulate schnook

I am amused that Anders is on L&O: SVU a week after Starbuck was on L&O: Original Flavor. Now I want Munch to be the Final Cylon.

Speaking of BSG, Mo Ryan posted two clips from upcoming episodes (I am not sure if they are both from the midseason premiere or what). And SciFi has posted a Catch the Frak up! recap (exceptionally spoilery through all aired episodes) which is basically last spring's "What the Frak Is Going On?" only with new stuff added.

I think Burn Notice comes back the day before BSG. That will be a great week of January.

In other interesting TV news, apparently, ABC has commissioned a pilot based on Fables. I am already dream casting in my head. Bigby! Snow! Mrs. Kinderstodt! Now I just have to find the last trade which I kind of never read. Um. Oops? I mean, I don't have high hopes - I am still angry about Pushing Daisies being cancelled, and it's ABC - but if they do this, maybe HBO will finally figure out a way to do Sandman. Which would be AWESOME.

Chuck

I really enjoyed that. Especially Casey's small moments - "Good plan, Bartowski. Not that I'll ever tell him" and asking for leniency for Sarah's father. And all the stuff with Sarah and her father pleased me. And Chuck. "I'm glad you're her schnook" or whatever it was he said. Lovely.

The DeLorean! And Anna was back! *hearts Anna* Plus, there was some Awesome and Morgan time, which is always hilarious. I love how awesome Awesome is. I would like to see more of the Very Awesomes, too.

And we got a little more background on Chuck's dad - an engineer, huh? I am sure they will continue to drop clues, and I am excited to see who they eventually cast in the role. (I still say SPY MOMMY should be Chuck and Ellie's mom, but I'm sure they will come up with someone else I like.)

What was the song playing at the end? And can anyone share it?

Also, I should probably upload my Chuck icon, now that I have space. Huh.

I am still at 450 words on my yuletide story, so even though in another wip I've got Sam and Dean heading off to Home Depot, where you know there will be some kind of shenanigans, I feel I can't write it until yuletide is done, but I am not feeling any inspiration towards this story. Sigh. I will do it, and I will end up liking it, but I am at the "Why did I even sign up?" portion of the program right now.
