I *heart* Kal Penn SO MUCH OMG. Also, Chase as substitute-Wilson, and the bowling. *dies* Though what the hell was up with his - Chase's, I mean - hair? It looked awful (was it a wig?) the whole episode.
I was amused by the House v. Amber stuff, but I feel it will get old really quick.

I got the most adorable card from sevenfists today, featuring a wee Mal/Kaylee ficlet in which there was a baby! While I have no real desire for kids of my own, I adore other people's babies, especially when they are wee and babylike. And the combination of Mal + Kaylee + baby = OMG SO CUTE!
