I am so sleepy.
I have to report for jury duty tomorrow, so I have to get up and leave the house about forty minutes earlier than I normally do. Sigh. I am not looking forward to this, or the long walk to the subway to get there. Also, even though they say there is wireless available and people are allowed to bring their laptops, I am not schlepping mine around all day, so sadly, I will be around less than usual until they set me free. Sigh.

fleurdeleo and I went to see Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day this afternoon. It was lovely - light and sweet and touching. Amy Adams was adorable, Lee Pace was quite fetching, Ciaran Hinds always pines so manfully, and you can't go wrong with Frances McDormand, who was really fantastic, I thought, in the kind of role that always makes me all achy in the chestal area. I did wonder at numerous points of Delysia and Guinevere shouldn't forget the men and run off together, but I was pleased with how the whole thing worked out.

I watched the extended version of "Unfinished Business" this afternoon, and I enjoyed it, even though it made me think (even) less of Lee and Kara and Dee and that ridiculous quadrangle. I loved all the extra Adama/Roslin stuff, and also the Tigh-Kara moments.

Even I am a little embarrassed by that), and it's very much a buy the premise/buy the joke sort of thing - if you are interested in a sekrit incest baby story, you might enjoy it. If that is not your thing, you probably won't. On the upside, I will probably stop talking about it now.
Now it's time to concentrate on remix. I have my own to do, and the dropouts are starting to come in. I've already sent out a few pinch hit requests, and I'm sure there will be more to come in the coming days. Seriously, if you are going to bail, now is better than later. Don't make me hurt you.
