Oh, man, yet another bit of my adolescence has been sold off: New Order's
Age of Consent is in a cell phone commercial. Sigh.

I just watched the premiere of Burn Notice. I think I am in love.
The snarky voiceovers! Sharon Gless as the nagging mother! Bruce Campbell! The hot Irish (ex)-girlfriend!
"Guns make you stupid. Fight your war with duct tape. Duct tape makes you smart." Duct tape, as anyone with half a brain knows, is the substance that holds the universe together.
Kneecapping the drug dealer, and then, "Disinfect it, wrap it up, and go to the hospital, and you won't walk with a limp. You're still here in twenty minutes, a limp'll be the least of your problems." Awesome.
Teaching the wee boy how to fight back against bullies! *hearts*
Carjacking the Camaro because he needed a car with no airbags. hee!
"If I steal your car on a work day, I'll have it back by five." hee!
I like how breezy and snappy it is, bright colors and quick bursts of violence and snarky commentary. It doesn't hurt that the guy is hot and competent and sarcastic. A tasty combination.
Two thumbs up, at least for the first episode.
