This is adorable. I love the banter at the beginning, which feels completely like all of them, and the way you tie it back round to Dana and Dan at the end. And of course the Dan and Dana is awesome. It's hot and sweet and completely believable.

So many years of friendship, of Casey looming between them, of never even thinking it was a possibility, until it was, it is, and when they kiss, when they fuck, Danny thinks that's what they are, what they have--endless possibility stretching out forever, becoming something he never even thought they could be.

Just lovely.

And yes, Dan/Dana is thin on the ground. I like it, mainly because it's all about Casey without actually having to include Casey, who I have a hard time writing. And also because emotionally it makes sense to me.

This is wonderful. The banter is absolutely spot on and March Madness talk is always good (Maryland plays today OMG). You're one of the few writers I know who can make a scene both funny and hot, and well done again on that score.
