[It was rare that he fell asleep or even into a light doze in a place that wasn't his room, but the Crow found himself drifting off in a small alcove with a bench. He had settled in to read and the day simply caught up with him. His head is tucked in a corner, tilted slightly back with the book dangling from his fingers. Chase opened his eye one

He wakes a tick or two at feeling his book disappear from his hand, fingers twitching and Chase makes a sleepy grunt. Recognizing more of Aiden's personal scent now that it's closer.]

He's almost waking. The lingering feeling of something in front of his face almost feels like a feather. Chase's brow wrinkles]

[This is mean. It's really mean. He should just wake him up so that he doesn't freak the other one out - but he can't really help it.]

Just a little bit.
Then he closes his eye again, leaning back.] Rude to interrupt a nap.

How long have you been there?

[Mmm~ warm~]

He's always warm~ Chase snorts again, he knows he didn't. Then he hums, hand slipping down Aiden's back to draw small figures on it.]
Planned on just watching folks walk by, didn't think you'd be in this wing tonight. [The truth, pretty much.]

Warm~ warm~ warm~ he loves it so much.
O-oh dear. Arching into that little touch, murmuring a bit of a purr.]
Wanted ta come find ya~

He cranes his neck a little more.]
Careful with what ya say, yeah? Might give me the wrong ideas~ [... And really? He's perfectly okay with that.]

Lucky for him that Chase is willing to supply all of those for him, even protect him from the sun with his own body if he had to. Chase laughs lightly, hand moving up Aiden's back to his hair again, threading into the strands.
Almost close enough to kiss if the Crow brought his head down.] What's wrong with that? I can always spare a night or two. [The wrong ideas are the lovely ones at this point.]
