She's got a rather long plastic cup in hand, a lanyard hanging from it, and inside looks to be some kind of frozen drink. Girl's got a margarita and it's halfway gone by the looks of things.
Some of her stumbles look a bit like dance steps and she stops for a moment, back against a wall.]
