Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser
Wow, informative. Although you would expect any informational book to lack in interesting topics I almost couldn't put this one down. If you've any intereste whatsoever with where your food comes from this is a good book for you and it also contains some interesting west-coast trivia knowledge about how the drive throughs came about and the development of Mcdonalds speedy serve systems came about... also an interesting history on how fast food became a family meal. I'd definately suggest it as a must read for the health conscious!
