I can has introduction post?
Hello there lovely f-list and any other lovely people who might be stumbling around on my journal!
To those of you who want to know more about me, here is my introduction post. Which I should have made quite a while ago but better late than never right? /SHOT.
To those of you who are just here for the fanfiction, ask, and thou shall receive after I am done procrastinating. Moving on.

EIGHT THINGS ABOUT ME:
1. I have a mad love for musicals. This is partially due to my friends being gigantic musical theatre geeks, and partially due to the fact that Assassin's Everybody's Got the Right is so darn catchy.
2. I am Chinese, but prefer speaking in English, so take that as you will. This does mean you will get the occasional inbox!spam of Chinese news, crazy New Year celebrations, and memes*. I'm afraid you'll have to live with it.
3. I would really love to join humanitarian organizations and go to places like Zimbabwe to help starving people and abused women. Even if there ARE some issues** in my plan.
4. If the whole 'humanitarian' thing doesn't work out, I'd like to be one of the roadside people who stand so still you're so sure they're statues, but if you have to go closer to find out, and as soon as you're sure they're statues, they move and scare the crap out of you.
5. Right now, I love Axis Powers Hetalia. As this is not my fangirling post, I shall shut up about it for now, but let it be known that AmericaxEngland kind of really makes me happy and makes me go 'asdfghjkl; JOY' when it's done well and I will never really get the difference between USUK And UKUS.
6. I love random people dropping by and commenting! As long as you have something interesting, nice, or geeky*** to say but don't know a rat's hat about me, that is okay because I don't know a rat's hat about you either, so comment!
7. That being said, I'm pretty shy about commenting myself because I always feel like I'm intruding upon a private circle of friends and being annoying.
SOCIAL AWKWARDNESS ISSUES, I HAS THEM.
8. I think sock garters are kind of pointless since most socks already have elastic on them, but for some reason I love them anyway. Oh, England. You and your adorkable fashion trends****.

*Haha, so far my favourite meme is of this one incident where the news are asking these random people about their opinions of some sex scandal or whatever. So they ask this random guy, and he replies 'I don't give a shit, I'm just here to buy soy sauce' (我是出来打酱油的). The phrase quickly became a popular way of saying 'mind your own business' in many online forums.
I find it pretty funny. That is because I am LAME.
** Issues include but are not limited to: still getting a job that pays more than peanuts so my family will be supported and won't have to live as hobos, finding a way not to get shot (or worse) by militia in Zimbabwe and convincing my family I will not get shot.
*** For instance, on this post, you, a complete stranger, might comment 'do you know that cows have accents? and I shall find out this fascinating piece of information and love you forever. It's THAT simple. =D
**** I'm pretty sure sock garters weren't just popular in England, but England really strikes me as the kind of person who would still fuss over them now and be so cute and uppity about it.
