okay, my turnjrosestarSeptember 4 2003, 14:03:38 UTC
About me: I've come a long way from the child of a "fruit picker"...yes, my Dad was a migrant worker before and inbetween a life of crime/alcohol and drugs...I am now a "degreed" professional - and I did this all on my own!
I have been on my own since I was 17 when my Mother died. I served in the Military. Have worked in almost every field imaginable: Maid, Migrant worker, factory worker, News Agency, Pharmacy, Law Enforcement, Auto/home Insurance.
My life: I'm in a long term relationship with a wonderful woman. Yes, that means I'm gay. Yes I was married once (to a man) - tried it once, didn't like it. :) You will find I have a rather strange sense of humor. If I accidently say something that ticks you off; chances are I was only joking...and I love good quality sarcasm.
My writing: I've recently returned to writing after a very long absence. I've published some non-fiction several years ago - but just trade and local newspaper. For a challenge, I tried my hand at some smut. (or I guess more tastefully - lesbian erotica) I've been told that I do quite well at it. A while back I sold my first story...and it was smut. I prefer to write lesbian romance. (please don't tell me I have to explain the difference between romance and erotica) I'm currently working on a novel with romance/vampires/reincarnation and a psycho stalker.
