There's a more detailed bio on her profile, but she's a rehab counselor in Pasadena by day and street racer by night. She's been close to the Toretto family since before the events of the first movie, since she owes Dom for saving her life, and has been working to repay him ever since.
I'd like to explore that close familial relationship, and how it impacts both their racing lives and their professional lives. Jenna doesn't have a biological family, but she also is trying to keep a good reputation, and hanging with street racers sometimes imperils that. However, Dom and Mia, and by extension Brian, are as close as she's ever had to a family and she feels as if she owes them.
