So Drew was an Olympic marathon swimmer, or almost. Cocky, confident, loud and definitely talented. A car accident right after qualifiers changed that. She lost her left leg below the knee and part of her right foot. Her younger sister lost her life. After the accident, Drew battled severe depression, attempted suicide and failed. She's still bitter about everything around her, wheelchair-bound, incredibly sarcastic, caustic and hopeless.
I'd love for her to find someone to play off of. Whether it's someone else with a disability, someone who's her ridiculously cheerful polar opposite, or even just someone who refuses to be bitched away, I'm just looking to explore more of Drew's recovery and potential relapses. Maybe it's someone she meets at physical therapy or one of her court-mandated therapy sessions.
There's likely to be triggering material in her threads, with the loss of limb and suicidal urges and actions, so I know this is a long shot, but hey, that's the point of asking, right?
