My Meredith muse can be played canon, au, any. When I play her in communities she's mostly played season 1-3, as to make it easier for her to interact with the opposite sex (not committed to Derek/with kids/etc), open to other muses/fandoms. Would love to find a romantic interest for Mer at some point but would also love other Greys muses to play with!
