Fandom: Original with a dash of Marvel. But I'm cool to play with any fandom as long as we can make it make sense.

Book, Movie, Game, Other: N/A except the Marvel part I suppose would be the movie verse.

So I've had Sami out for a while, and she's been in my head for even longer. I've had some amazing people to thread with thus far and I'm looking to expand on that. Basically she's a former hockey player and wrestler who had a budding career of getting her ass kicked for a living cut short by injury, and now struggles with chronic pain and an addiction to painkillers. In most of her newer threads and verses, she's clean and trying not to relapse. But she has a thing for finding street fights, which makes the pain come back, so she's trying to cut down on that as well. She also struggles with figuring out what the hell she wants to do with herself, as far as a normal job goes. By default she's a bartender, but that can be expanded/changed. I've been toying with the idea of her tutoring kids in French or having an ice skating class at a local rink.
As far as OCs go, I'd really like to have someone that she dated in the past, who was probably a wrestler or a fighter. They had one of those crazy up and down relationships and he always manages to find her when she least expects it. I'm thinking someone rough-looking but handsome for the PB, maybe like Tom Hardy? Name and all that is up to you, as long as the character goes along with the idea, here. Other love interests and friends are always awesome, her story as of now is pretty open so I could drop her anywhere. I'm not terribly picky about PBs, more concerned with characters who will mesh will with her. Or even if they don't exactly mesh well but there's some friction there, that can be fun.
I added a Marvel/X-Men element for a verse that didn't quite take off, but I'm pretty interested in playing it out. Basically she's the same old Sami but she's really, really good at fighting. She's an expert in many styles of fighting, and also has increased stamina, speed, and strength. She isn't by any means unbeatable, but she can best opponents much larger than her with relative ease. If anyone in the Marvel-verse is up for having her around, whether it's for regular stuff or maybe trying to convince her to use her powers for good, that'd be awesome.
