So Damiana and Bert are kind of a take off on Beauty and the Beast. She's described as looking like a mix of all the classical movie stars and he's an Ogre. Her story is located in the journal's profile but basically she and Bert met when he saved her from some privateers who wanted to sell her at a Goblin Market and ever since then the two have been traveling together doing whatever they wanted.
Damiana is a bit sociopathic thanks to mixing her strict upbringing with her years spend as a concubine. She has no real sense of morality and mostly does things because they amuse her. Between the two of them, Bert is definitely the level headed one, though most of what he does, he does to please Damiana or protect her. However, she is prone to fits...especially when she feels trapped...and in those moments Bert is the only one who can get through to her.
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE for someone to pick up Bert. Like will give you all the interwebs. I would also love for some other Changelings and/or fae for them to interact with. Hey, even any mortals that it would make sense for them to cross paths with.
Mostly I just love the idea of this character and want to play with her all over the place.
