... a 'verse where Joker is a good guy? You intrigue me. Is Earth-24 from your own mind? I can't find anything on it on the interwebs...

Earth-24 is my own creation, but it's based on Earth-3, which has the Jokester (good guy) and Evelyn Dent (Three-Face, antihero-ish) as Duela Dent's parents. (I don't particularly like THAT, so my version of Duela is Harvey and Gilda's daughter, but. That's why it's not totally Earth-3.)

I haven't read the canon -- clearly -- but Jokester sounds adorable, from the wiki article. I'd want to research the canon more, however, before actually offering up my own Joker.

You'd be more than welcome to. The only one I've ever read with him in it is a very short part of "The Search for Ray Palmer." I'm not sure if he has more appearances or not.

And also, once you've researched it a bit more, feel free to make changes you want. Earth-24 is one of the alternate Earths (DC has now said there's only 52, rather than an infinite number) that has absolutely no canon for it, so... a bit of change here and there is cool with me.

I don't know how easy it'll be to find, while I'm in France, but I'll try :O

I'm a frustrated stand-up comic, myself. Do you know if his jokes were any good? XD Or just the usual wacky DC puns.

22 pages long, the actual issue is called "The Jokester's Last Laugh."

His jokes were pretty good... though inflammatory, and since they were all about Owlman... bad things happened to him. He got Harley (his agent) killed, and he disowned a daughter he'd been excited about finding out he had (Duela) when he found out who she was dating (Talon).

So, his jokes are pretty good (even when he goes psychotic) but still... vicious.

The way I see him, especially in my idea of Earth-24 is that he tries to keep in line with Harvey's rule of no-killing (which I imagine Riddler holds pretty strictly to as well, but that's up to the player if I find one)... but then when the going gets tough, he starts killing people. So... Similar to the Joker, just... different side.

I will look into it, and toss you a PM if/when I find it :D Mind if I friend you, as well?
