A description from our intro post:

"The Gingerbread House Project, also known as the GHP, was a military attempt to train young children to become super-soldiers. Using a sophisticated hologram program, children believed they were characters from fairy tales by making them relive said fairy tales over and over again. Through the project, each child acquired a power that was related to what had occurred in their story, along with the immortality required of them to have their “happily-ever-after.” Each continued to possess these two gifts so long as they continued to believe that they were the characters from the stories, and their ability stemming from their story was honed along with various fighting styles in order to make them the ultimate soldiers.

Ten years ago, however, the GHP was shut down after the death of a child involved in the project. The other children were returned to any family members willing to take them in, or were sent to orphanages/foster care and other such places. Despite the seperation, most of them tried to maintain contact with each other as best as they could, and for the most part they succeeded. The majority managed to adjust well enough to the 'normal' world, in spite of their continued belief that they were fairytales. Some, however- either due to therapy or otherwise-  began to doubt, and due to this doubt they began to lose the memory of their stories and anything else related to the Project. Many of the former children forgot the Project completely, thereby losing their immortality and their abilities. Their loss is always mourned by the remaining GHPers who still believe, most of whom are very protective of the others and keep them remembering as long as they can.

Recently, someone discovered the project again and decided to revive it. After ten years of change and separation, the GHPers- all of them children no longer- are coming together again after receiving a letter calling them back to active duty. The circumstances surrounding the project's sudden revival are a mystery- there are many things that as of yet remain unclear- but one thing is certain: Whatever happens to these young men and women now, it is certain to be a story worthy of being told throughout the ages."
More info is also here!

So basically we're a pretty bunch that always welcomes new blood to join the fun. We appear to have lost some people over the past few months, and really it'd just be nice to get some action going on again! If you have any questions please ask me, and feel free to take a poke on our comm, too.

Hope this perks someone's interest!
