Your Muse: Gene Hunt (predominantly Ashes to Ashes-verse)
Muse wanted: Absolutely any canonmates would simply be glorious but would really adore either a Sam Tyler or an Alex Drake. Possibly even a Keats as well, if that's your preference. Would also entertain fandom!OCs who fancy being thrust into the 'eighties'!
Community: sixwordstories, personal journals and, if there's enough interest, I'd be more than happy to create and maintain some sort of panfandom-fandom(?) community, where characters from both Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes can interact with each other.

Resurrecting an old muse after re-watching the series finale and, after realizing how much I missed the fandom and exactly how much fun I had when I was heavily involved in it, I'm optimistically reaching out to players who might fancy dusting off some of their old muses too! Whether new or old, I'd really love to be able to revisit this fandom and, in particular, explore life after the series finale.
Might visit some forgotten plotlines and old episodes along the way but I'm going for more of an AU approach -- possibly with a different outcome for the final episode? -- and maybe just expand on the concept of Gene being the catalyst of this world, and what that means for the characters who've been dragged, however willingly, into it. I'd really love to see how his team respond to the realization that their guv isn't really their guv at all and, despite the reconciliation at the end of 3x08, whether or not, given time, that'll effect their interaction with him.
I know this all sounds really specific but there's really absolutely loads of wiggle room in this fandom and it can be taken in some many different directions, just the many possibilities excite me! :D
And, to that end, I couldn't really contain myself, so I've made something of a tester!post, just to stretch the muse's legs a bit and get back his distinctive voice. It's here if anyone fancies a tag, and we'll see what happens!
