So Sami's an old character of mine, and I've decided to make her an LJ to get her voice back in my head, and basically just have an OC to throw around. There's more information about her on her profile. For friends, she is a bit of a tomboy, so she'll likely get along better with guys. She likes sports and is very athletic, with hockey and any sort of fighting training being her activities of choice.
She is close to her father, if someone by chance wanted to play him. He's a former NHL player, his last name is Murphy of course, but honestly I hadn't done enough planning for him to give him a first name. Her brother, however, his name is Scott, and he's a year older than her. They're very close, to the point where people often wonder if they're twins. The family I'm sure is a longshot, but it'd be nice so I figured I'd throw it in there.
Mostly I'm hoping to find her friends, maybe some boyfriends. I'm open to multple verses and storylines with both original and canon characters. Like I said above, fandoms are fine so long as it's plausible that she'd meet them. Pretty much meaning, anyone she'd meet in a realistic setting, someone in a modern timeline, even if there are sci-fi or fantasy twists, like Supernatural or the Vampire Diaries. But mostly normal modern-day settings are what I'm looking for.
