Basically the idea is that they plan heists, do everything necessary to steal something except actually steal. I'm looking for the other members of her team 2-4 people. Alexis is the leader, and pulled off a couple of really basic jobs alone before realizing she'd need help.
Only the members of the team know about what they do and she's very careful about who she trusts.
