Oh, gotcha. I was looking over the CIA chart and was kinda wondering...what branch would be best for a little field team like Chuck's to fit into?

I'm mostly eyeing at this point, but as a Chuck fan, I'd guess Regional and Transnational Issues, under NCS?

Though, it does occur to me that they're all over the globe, really. Maybe they have their own mini-department, called "Let's Just Let Chuck Do What He Wants".
