Although Tiffany is an OC, her story is based on the concept behind Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
When Tiffany Zuk was born, her heart, and parts of her brain didn't function properly. To save his child, her father -- a skilled animator -- decided to try and create working parts for her. Remarkably, it worked, but it left Tiffany... Different. As a part-Toon, she's hyperactive, perpetually childlike, overly-imaginative, and can handle a great deal of physical strain. While it was physically beneficial to Tiffany, the differences in her personality made her feel like an outsider among other humans, and her human body made her feel out of place among Toons.
After graduating high school, Tiffany moved across the country from California to New York, and began life on her own; a fresh start. She is now in her early twenties.
I'm looking for folks she meets in New York City, and possibly some Toons - canon or original creations - who happen to be working in New York, or that she knows from California who come to visit.
