Storyline:
Erin grew up in a very loving family. With two older brothers and a younger sister, they were an all American looking family. It was something that Erin had always wanted to strive for. But, at the age of 18, things had taken a turn. Getting pregnant to her high school sweetheart, Matthew Brooks, Erin had found herself giving up her dreams in order to give her child the life she had growing up.
Before her son, Jacob David Brooks, was born, Erin and Matthew had tied the knot at the young age they were. Nine years later, she found herself not being able to keep her family together. Not being able to deal with the resentment Matt threw her way almost all the time for taking his youth, she decided to set him free and served him with divorce papers after a four month separation. Now, she was set out to find herself and lead a single life. But, being a single mother to an eight year old boy, it was hard to have a dating life. Not only did she have to deal with her son, but her soon to be ex-husband are making things just as difficult for her.
Since serving Matthew with the divorce papers, he had decided to make a change, wanting his family back. But, to Erin, she wasn't sure if it was too late. Could he prove to her that he was ready to be the father and the husband he should have been all along and was she willing to give him that chance?
