Also, Heinz Doofenshmirtz and/or Megamind.

Fandom: Lilo & Stitch, also Phineas and Ferb and Megamind.
Canon: Definitely for Lilo & Stitch characters, probably just first-movie canon unless you're playing a series/sequel character. Somewhat AU for the other two characters because crossover.

I mostly just want to play Pleakley again, so other characters from his canon would be loved... And playing him off of evil geniuses are always a blast.
We don't have to, but I do ship him with Jumba and would be pretty curious to try and ship him with the other two evil geniuses, as well. I'm strange like that.
