Brad is Dawn's older stepbrother by a few years. He's actually her first victim: it's presumed that, while very young, when showing each other their privates Brad might've touched Dawn's, scarring him something awful. She's a teenager now, growing into her sexuality despite her adamant preaching about chastity, and neither remember what happened as children. I'm taking Dawn from after killing her boyfriend during his raping her. (Her vagina!teeth bit it off.)
I found that the Brad and Dawn relationship to be interesting, mainly because how twisted it is. He lusts for her - though, he tells his dad he "loves" her and resents him marrying her mom because she'll never be able to love him back now - and she does her best to try to "reach out" to him, even if she doesn't understand how very serious he is when he says he wants her.
