So, I'm in the middle of re-reading Catching Fire, and the way Katniss talks about how the victors know each other, and are friends and stuff makes me really want to explore all of the different relationships between all of the victors. And since there were a lot of victors that weren't even named in the book (and according to Katniss, almost all of them go to the capitol for the games), there's a lot of possibility for OC fun!
