I was reading this story at checkmated and then recently found you on fanfiction.net So sorry to read hear that this story is on hiatus! You've really got me hooked and the cliff hanger in the last chapter . . . so mean ;) seriously I hope you reconsider posting the rest of the story. I'm dying to find out what happens when Ron gets to the hospital ... when he and Hermoine get to speak again ...what he's gonna say when he finds out he's a daddy ...see him meet his daughter! pleeeeez post . . . preety please.

Hi, Zoe! I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying the story. Unfortunately with all the problems that Checkmated! had at the end of last year and that continued on through this year, no authors were able to post new chapters/fics on the site. I must admit I'm not sure if things are up and running perfectly now, so new postings could very well be allowed. However, my schedule the quarter in uni is really hectic; I'm lucky to be able to finish what little writing I have to do for fests this next month.

If Checkmated! is completely fixed by the summer, you can definitely expect the final two chapters then. I finish up classes the first week of June, so it'll likely be after that. Until then, I posted Chapter 12 of the story on fanfiction.net, where Ron finally meets Adele. The chapter may have a few flaws in it since I didn't get the final betaed copy back from my Checkmated! beta before the site went down.

Hey, hope the summer is going well. I can't wait to go to WWHP, but since I live in Florida we have decided to wait until this fall to go. However, I can't wait for the completion on your fic "The You I Never Knew". Do you think you will be able to finish it any time soon. I love this story and can't wait. Have a good summer and hope to hear from you soon.

My summer is going well, thanks! I just got an email from my beta over at Checkmated, and it looks like things are up and running again over there. I hope to have the last two chapters up by the end of my summer break (mid-September). I'm juggling some other fics at the moment that have deadlines or I would have them to you sooner. :)

I read this story on checkmated. I was wondering if part 13 and the epilogue would come or if you've stopped writing this story? Please tell me so I can stop looking.

This story is on permanent hiatus. I honestly doubt that I will ever finish it. That you for reading, though.
