New Relationship
I have been developing a new relationship....with Art. I have had to change my approach COMPLETELY to It/Him/Her! Here is the letter I wrote to Art.
Dear Art-
You are NOT going to kick my ass this time! I am tired of all this mis-communication! I am sorry for wallowing in my own grief/greed/anger/betrayal/jealousy and pity party for so long! I want to work hard on getting along again. I want you to be like my best childhood friend! I want to PLAY with you...really I do! I do NOT want to fight anymore. I want to flow with you....I want to laugh and weep tears of joy with you! I will show up for work/play well rested, able-bodied, with inspiring music blasting in my ears. I will be humble, leave my crap at the door, show up and act like I know nothing...bring to the canvas a beginer's mind. I want to learn what you have to teach me. If you say "Don't use that damn paintbrush...use your hands...or paint 50 more encrusted layers...or dive deeper...", then I will do as asked.
I have a lot to bring to the table- I will channel down your thoughts and wisdom and be the vessel through which you flow.
