Crappage. Free Comic Book Day is during Cornerstone. I doubt the comic stand in the merchandise tent recognizes Free Comic Book Day. *is crestfallen* What's more, Spider-Man 2 comes out during C'stone too. *mourns* I'll have to wait DAYS to see it.
I picked up a shojo manga today, for some inexplicable reason, and now I'm depressed. shojo = GIRL, for you lay people. That means no mechs (giant robots, that is), no explosions, no life-and-death adventures, no saving hte damsel in distress... just the damsel in distress, folks... for a whole freaking series! That's depressing folks. Girl books = BAAAAD ... even japanese ones.
On the sunny side: Watched O Brother, Where Art Thou yesterady. Good movie.
