Edit to add: a bit over an hour later, rearrangement is complete. I have a stack of books to sell on Amazon.com, and I've made use of the shelf space on my desk as well. Also, the entire top shelf of my main bookshelf consists of George R. R. Martin, Jim Butcher, and Neil Gaiman. This pleases me.
