They're both Konstantin. Pasha is the subject of the first, and he wasn't ever a Revolutionary (though I suppose it could be argued that he's a sexual revolution in his own right), unlike Konstantin, who worked as a propagandist until his imprisonment.
And, yep, you were right the first time. Always go with your instinct! Or don't, if your instinct is stupid, as mine tends to be. (It also says 'One character' at the top, you know. That ought to have been a clue.)
And the piece only gets guiltier from where I left off. At least, it will if I ever get Konstantin off his rant (not, surprisingly, the Pasha-don't-get-sent-to-prison one. The Pasha-you-are-vain-but-who-can-blame-you? one.) and back to what's supposed to be happening. And I may not, at this rate. Bah.
