On Monday I completed Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's Americanah, reading the final 126 pages. As it turned out no one in the reading group aside from myself had finished it but all seemed interested enough to finish it when they could.
I also completed Susanna Gregory's Blood on the Strand, reading the final 317 pages. With Emma Donoghue's Frog Music I switched to the large print edition so the 99 pages I read last week equated to 128 pages in that edition. I read the final 416 pages.
I continued with Charlie Fletcher's The Oversight , reading a further 85 pages and also started David Baldacci's Hour Game, reading 231 pages.
On the Kindle I finally finished Debora Geary's A Modern Witch, reading the final 97 pages.
For my audiobook-in-the-car I completed Janet Evanovich's Top Secret Twenty-One, listening to the equivalent of 93 pages. I have now moved on to Elizabeth Peters' The Curse of the Pharaohs, listening to the equivalent of 23 pages.
My page count for the week was 1,388.
I have reviews outstanding for Frog Music and A Modern Witch.
This coming week I plan to continue with The Oversight and Hour Game as well as to make a start on a couple of books due back at the library there following week.
